This policy explains how refunds are handled for independent software development, consulting, support, and project services.
Software development, design, consulting, automation, dashboard, ERP, and client portal services are custom work. Refund eligibility depends on the project agreement, milestone completion, and work already delivered.
Discovery, requirement analysis, consultation, architecture planning, estimation, and documentation fees may be non-refundable once the work has started or deliverables have been shared.
For milestone projects, payments linked to completed or approved milestones are generally non-refundable. If a project is cancelled before a milestone is completed, any possible refund will be reviewed based on completed effort and pending deliverables.
Domain, hosting, cloud, SSL, plugins, themes, APIs, payment gateway fees, software licenses, and other third-party costs are non-refundable once purchased or consumed.
Cancellation requests should be made in writing. After cancellation, delivered work, pending invoices, handover files, access removal, and any remaining obligations will be handled according to the agreed scope.
Approved refunds, if any, will be processed through a mutually agreed method after reviewing project records, communication, deliverables, approvals, and third-party expenses.
